10 facts about me
I've put quite a few posts on this blog now and noticed that I haven't told you much about me. So I thought I would let you know 10 facts about me. So I hope you enjoy!
I support Crystal Palace football team. Most of my mums side supports it too since my family is originally from Croydon and I was very proud of them to get into the premier league final. I stay up to watch all of their matches and i'm just really passionate about football.
I have 3 LAMDA exam certificates. They're not distinctions and they are all merits. I am very proud of them even though they are not the highest mark, but they are important to me and they are also very good for my cv and stuff like that.
I love old movies. I wish that movies these days were anywhere near that quality of goodness. I love White Christmas, It's a wonderful life, singing in the rain and some like it hot. I love them all. They're not all black and white but what I find interesting about black and white movies is that they are so well written and laid out with all the emotions, it's like I don't even need the colours since I forget they're not there!
I have an issue with christmas. It's not that I don't like it, but I like it way to much! I get excited in late August and I listen to christmas music from September onwards and lots of people ask me "don't you get bored of it when christmas actually comes around?" Well, I don't! I love it so much and when it gets around to christmas time, I love it even more!
As I mentioned in my first fact, my mums mum's family is originally from Croydon. I have made a family tree and have got up to 1635 and up to 1705 her family have lived in the same house/road till now. I don't live in it, but my mums aunt does. My grandma (R.I.P) had run away from home when she was 16 and met my grandad. She then wanted to forget as much as she could from that childhood. She was very poor and had an outdoor toilet and so yeh. That was just a bit rambly and weird.
My inspiration is Zoella!
My favourite colour is green and turquoise and blue.
My favourite food is a roast dinner or salmon
I live in comfy shorts and t-shirts after school
I love the snow and winter
Sorry that the last five facts were absolutely rubbish and I'm really sorry but I have got to go somewhere and want to create a schedule of blog posts. Planning Wednesday and Friday! Don't hold me to that! Thank you! Bye!

Pamper Evening
I believe it's important to have a little bit of you time every once and a while, and having a good, thorough pamper evening is just what you need. I prefer to have one every 1 or 2 times every two weeks. These keep it as a special treat. I also have to deserve it. If I do a lot of work then I feel I've earned it.
So the first thing I like to do is set out the pyjamas that I want to wear on the bed. I also set out some socks and the DVDs or box set that I'll watch in a bit. I then start to run my bath and set up a youtube playlist of relaxing videos that I can watch. I also put the bath products that I want to use. I haven't taken any pictures, but this time, I used the frozen bath bomb, lavender oil and the milky bubble bar, this combination gives it a lush colour, my skin feels silky and soft, and It helps me feel calm and relaxed. After that, I choose my face mask. I chose the Don't look at me one since it's a cool colour. I also find the body wash and scrub that I want to use. Then I put all my products in the bath and let the magic happen. I do light some candles as well.
When I get into the bath, I put the face mask on and just relax. After about 5 minutes, I wash my face mask off and so all the other necessary hygiene things. Since you kind of have to clean yourself. I then get out of the bath and get into my clean pj's and do my usual skincare routine. Then I grab the movies, nail polish and nail kit and head downstairs. I light a candle in the living room and put my TV on. I make a bowl of popcorn and other snacks and lay them out on the coffee table. Before I eat, I do my nails, I like to try and keep them as polished as possible and doing this every once and a while, just makes them feel so tendered. (If that makes sense?) I clean up and get to watching telly and snacking. When I'm done with watching telly downstairs, I make my way upstairs and get into bed with my puppy, and watch a bit more tv until I eventually fall asleep. (After putting my puppy in her own bed)
Thank you for reading and I hope this makes you realise how important it is to keep yourself pampered. Bye!

You are beautiful
No matter what size you are or what your weight it. As long as you are comfortable with your body, you are beautiful. It doesn't matter if you have "big hips" or if you legs are "too skinny" because who even decided who was pretty and who was not? I certainly know that i'm not a size 8. I know that my body is a bit to big for my bones, and that to keep myself happy, I just need to remain healthy. A size doesn't decide who you are but how you present yourself does. If you are too critical about yourself, how are you ever going to be happy? You'll feel uncomfortable because you're making yourself believe that you're not perfect. But NOBODY is perfect! everybody has flaws, but someone you may no, might love your flaws. I have a chubby arm fat. But one of my friends, after I told them this, squeezed my arm and said, "your arms are beautiful, if they were thinner, then they wouldn't be yours." I agree with that message. My best friend hates her nose but i think it is gorgeous and it fits her face perfectly. If it were any different it would change her face completely. I don't disagree with plastic surgery. I think if YOU are uncomfortable with your body, then you do what is right but if you're doing it to impress someone or people, then I think it's the wrong idea. If they don't already love you the way you are, then they don't really love you at all. Don't change yourself just to please others. I also get it if you think you are to skinny. You get people hating on you just because you don't have "enough meat on you". I personally have never experienced this, but why should you change your natural shape when it's beautiful already? I love Megan Trainor's song, All about that bass. But I don't totally agree with it. Why should any body shape be put down? It shouldn't. YOU are beautiful, just the way you are.
My skin care routine
Hello Everybody! Today I am sharing with you my skin care routine! I change mine quite regularly to see which routine is best for me, so there might be a few of these. However, This skin care routine is really good! so I might stick with this for a while. I do this before bed and I only do it in the mornings when it is the weekends or holidays!
First of all, I use this Simple Kind To Skin face wash, and this just makes my skin feel nice and clean. I rub a generous amount between my hands and then apply it to my wet face. I then just like to wash it off bye scrubbing it with cold water.
I then like to use this Clean and Clear cleanser which unblocks my pores and just takes all the bad oils out of my skin. I pour it on to a cotton pad and wipe it around my T-Zone and under my eyes.
Next, I like to use this Clean and Clear lotion which is for sensitive skin. This makes my skin feel all tingly meaning that I know it's doing something. Again, I like to pour a bit on to a cotton pad and wipe around my T-Zone. I try to keep this away from my eyes as it can make them water a bit.
After that, I use this Nivea moisturiser, I find it keeps my skin hydrated. I only put this on my cheeks as I don't want my skin to get to oily.
And finally, I like to use a lip balm to keep my lips moist and fresh, this also helps if I have a cold and my mouth is all dry and weird.
Thanks for reading and I hope that this skin routine helps you keep your skin nice and clear! I don't own any of these products. They are owned by the companies that I have stated. Bye!

Top 10 Revision Tips
I have a Maths exam this week so I thought, if other people had exams too, that I would share some of my top 10 tips for revision! Also, I am not a brain expert, so of these don't work for you, then I am really sorry! Also, some tips might not be the right thing for you, revision is all about how you learn and which way is best for you to learn!
Flash Cards- For most of my exams I have to revise certain meanings or formulas and using flash cards really help me to remember things quickly, and helps my brain actually learn them instead of parroting the answer. Also, if you get the answer wrong, you just have to keep memorising it until it is stuck in your brain
Cork Boards- I have a cork board in my bedroom that is up on my wall with everything that I need for that week, at the end of the week, I take down the things I don't need anymore, so for my revision, I like to give myself a list of things I need to revise for that week and then try to get it all done. I also put other things up on that board, like my timetable or my exam schedule, so that I remember to look at the revision guide every morning and remind myself what I have to revise for.
Revision Timings- First of all, don't leave revising till the last minute. I know I did last year, and I am very angry with myself that I didn't get the results I wanted, luckily, these weren't important tests, but i'm not taking that chance again. Secondly, take multiple short breaks from your revision instead of a few long ones. This means you'll get more revision done and each revision period (let's say an hour) you can look forward to that break and actually deserve it for getting a lot more done.
Snacks and Rewards- Get yourself some snacks. Nothing to distracting like sweets and stuff but if you get yourself a snack before you start revising and have it next to you, you're less likely to keep getting up and getting small snacks. Also, every time you do a full day of revision, give yourself a little treat! This means you know you've done the right thing and deserve the treat that you've given yourself. It can be anything! From a chocolate or sweet to a nice relaxing pamper evening! Just something that will give yourself a reward for revising!
Writing it down- Don't just read all of your notes, do some actual writing. If you read you are much less likely to remember it as your brain will just skim right pass it! If you write it down, you are more likely to remember it! You can write them down as little bullet points or make them into flash cards, do what you want with them! Just make sure that this is the right way for your brain to remember things!
Note Decorations- This might not work for you, but when I try to remember my notes, I find I pay more attention to them if they are attractive to my eyes. Use thin pens and highlighters to make it much more ascetically pleasing to me. Make your handwriting in different fonts and just play around with it! Also, if you highlight a certain note in a certain colour, you might remember what that note is when you look at that colour pen.
Revision Environment- Be in the right environment for revising. If your someone like me who needs to be listening to something whilst doing something, try listening to a podcast that you may like or put on the radio. You might want to watch a movie, youtube or tv series, however I try not to watch anything that I have to switch different tabs to watch so it doesn't distract me. I also only like to sit at a table or desk. Nothing too slouchy or distracting like a swivel chair since those make me feel quite tired. (if that makes sense)
Practise papers and Booklets- My science and maths teachers sometimes set up revision booklets that tell us the gist of what's going to be in the test and gives us practise tests in the back for revision only but most of the time, they don't. I like to find practise papers on PDF. These help with seeing what type of questions you'll be asked and also get into the game a bit earlier than others! You can also buy them from bookshops and you can also buy text books from them depending on your level or grade. My Aunt and uncle own a bookshop so I don't usually pay for them but they can be cheap depending on where you get them and how much is in them.
The day of the exam- The lessons before your exams, try not to be around with skittish people. If they are super nervous, they'll really make you nervous too, by giving you lots of reasons why this test is the end of your life! They probably don't mean to and don't know they're doing it, but it is best to just leave them to it. Being nervous for an exam can really stress you out, and thinking about it to much on the day just makes things worse, when you get to a question and you panic, your brain will just freeze, so just don't panic and you'll be fine! I know thats easier said than done, but trust me! Don't over think it. Just don't be too cocky either.
Sticky Notes- Stick certain subjects on certain objects! That means when you get to a certain question and try to remember the answer, think, oh! Algebra! That was on the fridge!
(2 extras)- Do all the homework you can. You'll get more notes for revision and your more likely to remember things that you have covered which is less revision work! If you can't make it into school that day, get a mate to send you the homework and notes that you missed from that day, this also means impressing the teacher and catching up a lot easier!
Also, don't revise the things you already know, Red, Amber, Green the topics and only revise the priorities, red would be number one, and when you are done, try and do as much of the amber as possible!
Thanks you for reading, and I hope these revision tips help you with any exams or tests you might have soon! Bye!

Autumnal items I can't live without
Lots of people have their own certain things that they couldn't imagine life without at this time of the year, so I thought for my first blog post, I will tell you my own! I put together six of my favourite items that I always use during the cold seasons. This hopefully will help you with feeling nice during Autumn and Winter. These are not in any particular order, I just couldn't decide.
So first of all, I chose my Doctor Martins, which are super comfy and super practical. These keep my toes really warm and they don't hurt my feet if I'm walking for quite a while. They also look really good with tights and a dress, skirt or shorts. You probably already know, but you can get them in loads of different styles and colours. I chose the shiny black ones as they look good with any colour or pattern that I decide to wear that day.
Next, I chose lip-balm. I couldn't chose between all my lip-balms, so i chose two of my favourites. I chose the born lippy (strawberry) and Nivea (Vanilla and Macadamia.) Since it is the cold time of the year, my lips tend to get very, very dry and putting lip-balm on just makes them feel much more moisturised, so that is why they are in this list.

As it is getting colder outside, not only do my lips get dry, but so does my skin! So I do like a nice face mask. This sanctuary face mask, has charcoal and kaolin in it. It self-heats and opens up all the pores and draws all your blemishes out and this also equals out the oil levels in your skin, leaving your skin nice and soft!
After having a nice relaxing shower or bath, I like to moisturise my body. I must admit, I don't always do this but it is nice when I do. I am loving Zoella's Creamy Madly Dreamy at the moment. It just has a lovely smell and always leaves my skin feeling pure and hydrated. I love all of Zoella's products and I plan on doing a Zoella haul sometime in the future!

I also chose my Reebok socks. They are actually from the 80's and my mum bought them like 20 years ago and kept them really nice until my feet were big enough to wear them. I'm not sure if you can still get them but I really like them since they keep my feet really toasty and since they have leg warmers attached to them, they make my ankles warm too!

And last but definitely not least, Is my Victoria Secrets Zippie/Hoodie or whatever you want to call it. It is so soft and I just want to wear it all the time! It isn't to thick meaning it is also silky and easy to carry around. It is not bulky which is a plus side when you wear it with a coat! This is my favourite Hoodie that I own.
This post is not sponsored and I do not own any of these products, the companies i have named do. Thanks for reading bye!!
